Title: Forum III gets some fresh air
Post by: BenF on July 22, 2010, 04:30:13 PM
It has been hot, wet and humid here for a couple of weeks, and although not humid enough to cause serious guitar problems, it does make them sound a bit muddy.  Today it was much cooler, dryer and a great clear light, so I played some tunes in the garden tonight and my forum III posed for a few pics.

Ben,

What number are you?  My LS-03 HB is the identical twin to yours - specifically I'm referring to the color of the top at the center where it's a little colored.

Chas.

She's number 5 Chas. I've played and looked at loads of Indian Rosewood guitars, and it remains the nicest looking rosewood I have seen, at any price range. It is out on a stand all the time, and as a result it has a few minor dings and the top is tanning nicely.

I'll never part with this guitar. Not ever.

Looks very nice Ben. I played my F-III for the first time in two weeks today. I went out of town and took the F-IV with me and since I've been back work has had me busy. But I had to play a few tunes this morning. I really enjoy it "everytime" I pick it up.

And some nice looking grass at that. It's been very hot with very little rain in the NorthEast this Spring/Summer and my lawn is cooked.

Its a trick of the lens, it is 80% clover, 15% moss and 5% grass, ha ha!
