If anyone is trying to get rid of one of these I am looking for one. Also, if I can't get a used one what is the lowest anyone has seen them new?

You might want to try Dave at Guitaradoptions.com or one of the other excellent on-line dealers that frequent the forum.  I purchaesed a L-03R from Dave and the price difference from a used one, assuming you could find a good one is not very much and for me wasn't worth the hassle and potential problems. It was easy with Dave....actually a bit too easy as I am kicking around the idea of a Parlour as a travel guitar.
