I just recorded some tunes with CUBASE. All on my laptop with a small Tascam Interface. I posted the songs to reverb nation. I used my trusty Larrivee OMR for all the acoustic guitar. I love that thing for recording!

I just play for fun and for church about twice a month. I used to dream about playing music for a living, but now I just enjoy writing songs and recording. I've learned to appreciate and enjoy the simple pleasures in life. It only took me 40 years!

Rex,   great recording, catchy tunes, nice playing and singing. what more could you ask for.  I had to grab my guitar and play along, really got into it. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for the kind comments! I recorded those songs with a mic that I got at goodwill for $2. Yes, Goodwill! I couldn't believe that there sat an AKG Perception 200 for 4 dollars and it was half off day! Maybe they thought it was broken since it requires phantom power?

Anyway, it is a great microphone.
