I'd like to add a bone saddle and change out the plastic bridge pins,as well as add new strings to my lightly used D-O3R.I recovered from a case of tendinitis(thank goodness) which kept it from much play.Essentially it is brand new.I have another rosewood dread and considered going the hog route, but as of now I think I could surprise myself by improving on this fine git!
BUT,where can I get nice Ebony bridge pins?I want to order from Bob Colosi, but cannot see where he sells black pins, other than buffalo horn.
I assume the ebony pins would save me a bit,as well as be more tonally in line with that nice woody sound I get now.
Thanks folks
Lawn Jockey....thanks a million!
