Pains me to do this, but just received the dreaded "notification of tax deficiency" from the State.   :crying:  This guitar is basically brand new and as close to mint as it gets.  All literature including receipt and unfilled warranty card, Larrivee hard case, and soundhold humidifier.  You probably know the specs: Solid Sapele back and sides; solid Spruce top; solid one-piece Mahogany neck; Ebony fretboard.  Simply beautiful, plays wonderfully, sounds awesome.  The OM body size is my new favorite and I will own another some day.

My price is $745 shipped within the continental US firm.  I used to buy/sell/trade all the time, check my excellent feedback on eBay ('hfoz*e') which involves mostly guitars and amps.  I will only accept a US Postal Money Order as payment.  I might be interested in a "trade down" scenario of your cheaper acoustic plus cash for the Larrivee.  Thanks for looking...
