I bought this guitar at the same time as a Larrivee Forum I, intending to try both and sell one. Due to a nerve issue in my right forearm, (pronator syndrome), which I was just beginning to understand at the time, it was immediately obvious that 000/OM size guitars are the way to go for me, so I intended to promptly resell this. I had to sell my Parlor for the same reason. Then my wife claimed the 00-05 :) However, she has cancer-related neuropathy and other issues in her hands that makes playing physically difficult for her. When she does play, she goes to the crappy but
familiar plywood job that her fingers know how to deal with.
Long story short, this guitar is still
exactly as I received it, except I did clean the fretboard and change the strings. It's a beautiful and nice-sounding guitar, but neither of us play it. I will add that it has obviously never had a setup done. The action at the nut is too high, just like any new Larrivee and etc. If I recall correctly, the previous owner used extra lights and never noticed. My wife didn't care either; she doesn't feel the pressure and actually prefers mediums on her guitar (neuropathy is weird ...), though I did have her try this with a capo.
I do see what looks like light wall hanger marks on both sides of the peghead near the nut. They aren't visible from the front. I can't find any other marks.
This little beauty needs to go where it will be played.

Great little guitar. Beautiful mahogony back & sides. Made in Vancouver in 2001. Slightly larger than the Parlor and most think a fuller sound.
It's as close to mint as I can see. No dings or scratches that I see. It sounds nice with a fingerstyle touch.
1 11/16 inch nut
Clear pickguard
Original archtop case

Thanks,

I took another close look. There is a little light first position fret wear. I wouldn't consider it noteworthy if I hadn't quoted the previous owner's "near mint" description.
Sean was a pleasure to deal with. The guitar arrived professionally packed and the condition of the guitar exceeded my expectations. A highly recommended seller.
Thanks, Greg. Enjoy!
