Rosewood JP still available!
I am offering a Woolson Parlor guitar...24" scale; this may be of unique interest for those that love the Larrivée Parlor scale length! This instruments are built with a double-top construction, lots of other build-features, and from a handcrafted builder.
Please keep in mind that the word "parlor" is being used more because of the 24" scale (the same as a Larrivée Parlor), but the body size is larger...nearly OM-size across the lower bout (14-1/2"). It's a super-comfortable size, for sure.
For the time being, and to encourage the sale of this guitar, I am offering at $3995 plus shipping, and this would be with a slightly modified (modified interior...for a better fit/neck-support!), snug-fitting Hiscox case, or Martin thermoplastic case. PayPal is okay, but buyer covers all fees.
It's always painful when guitars have to be sold, especially if one needs a change in ergonomics...scale-length, or different nut/bridge/fingerboard width dimension. Unfortunately I have had this occur a few different times over the past 5-6 years, and I find myself at that crossroads again with this ridiculously great-sounding and great-playing Jumbo Parlor guitar which was custom-made by Paul Woolson. I am reluctantly needing to part with the 24" short-scale Woolson Jumbo Parlor (JP) that has been the topic of recent recording threads.
This guitar is top-grade E.I. Rosewood back and sides with a cedar/lutz double top combination. The list of features is pretty long...cutaway, elevated fingerboard, recessed upper frets/fingerboard, oval soundport (bound and with purfling), multi-laminate neck, two-way truss-rod, delicate purfling on top/sides/back, attractive Rosewood binding and bridge, thin wood-ring rosette, Highlander IP-1 pick-up, and Gotoh 21:1 Delta tuners in Gold with real wood contoured buttons. The saddle is 3/16" thick, providing for excellent compensation/intonation.
Scale length is an even 24", nut width is a comfortable 1-13/16". The guitar is a super-comfortable 14-1/2" across the lower bout, and the overall length of the body is 17-7/8".
Again, this guitar is just under OM-size in the lower bout, but has the overall volume and presence of a much bigger guitar.
AS ALWAYS (with me), this is an on-approval sale. Any buyer is welcome to a few days with the guitar to decide yea or nay...customer pays round-trip shipping if guitar is returned. I am confident that whomever gets a hold of this guitar will not let go.

Thanks for looking/listening, and feel free to email with any questions...
Thanks for the interest and for the kind words, folks.
While there are many tremendously successful ergo-features that went into the design of the JP guitars, I personally made a mistake assuming I would enjoy the 14.5" lower bout size. Yes, it's somewhat small compared to SJs, etc., as the JP is right in-between a 00 and OM lower bout width...however, I had become accustomed (for a couple of years) to the near 13" Larrivée Parlor and original "Little Parlor" that Woolson built.
I have learned over the years that no matter how great-sounding and great-playing (in every other way!) a guitar might be, if there is an ergonomic issue it's best to let the instrument go.
These two will be a bit more difficult to let go because they are so close to perfect...but I'll just go back to playing the 13" lower bout Parlors, and let some lucky players get a great deal on these 24" scale beauties from Paul Woolson.
