Greg at Larrivee clarified the bridge string spacing on Larrivee L-bodies: "From 6th center hole to 1st center hole it is indeed just a little over 2 3/16" but not quite 2 ¼". I'd say it's 2 7/32". That was what I had measured on my own L-03R.
The reason I post this is that I've seen questions about Larrivee bridge string spacing, with some saying it's 2 3/16" and others claiming it 2 1/4". I suggested to Greg to have that number posted on the specs at Larrivee's site.
I will add that my little bit of interaction with Larrivee customer service has been impressive. I'm well pleased with both the guitar and the customer service.

No problem whatsoever, Scott. You've been good and helpful to me. I think most people assume a 1 3/4" nut width results in a 2 1/4" bridge string width. In reality, we're talking about 1/32" or perhaps 1.25/32". :bgrin: Like I said in another post, I measured my friend's Taylor 314ce and got the same measurement as my Larrivee, and the Taylor is supposed to be 2 1/4".
I'm just a bit persnickety about such things. I do think it would be helpful if Larrivee were to include the bridge string spacing on their specs as Martin and Taylor do.
It's really not something for me to adjust to. I was dealing with 2 1/8", so I definitely can feel the extra room between strings.

Can anyone tell me the string spacing on a Larrivee 000-60BZ. I measure 2 1/4 but is it suppose to be 2 3/16. I want to put a Mitchell platemate on mine and need the correct spacing.
