There's been a lot of talk about looking for cedar tops here in the past. Here is a fine example. The Roundbody is similar to an L body with OM depth to me. The neck feels slightly wider than a Larrivee 1 3/4, also with slightly wider string spacing. Excellent for finger style, with the corresponding volume you'd expect flat picked. The sound jumps right out, quick response due to the OM like depth. Well balanced tone, not overly warm for cedar, having some nice brightness to it. The binding is a beautiful red which adds a nice touch for looks. It's just not getting any playing time here.
I have pics on Flickr, interested parties can pm me with their email address, or if somebody with the know how would like to post a couple let me know. I have plenty of references on this forum.
