For sale is this OM-03 MT (mahogany top). This is one of the prettiest Larrivees I have ever seen. As you can see the mahogany top (and b and s) is beautifully figured. Along with a lush deep rich red color range makes this guitar a real looker. The guitar has been polished very well to a gloss all around. The fretboard is from some of the Larrivee stash of ebony with areas of golden highlights - beautiful! 14 frets to the body; regular 25.5 scale; OHSC included; these are no longer made and are fairly rare;
Of course, it has that great Larrivee hog top tone too. The tone is as rich as is the wood too. Unmistakable Larrivee hog top ballsy bold dry, woody sounding tone - mojo in buckets. Fingerpicks fabulously, strums and flatpicks great too. Doing some rustic styling, country, country blues, fingerstyle of any kind, folk type stuff? This is perfect. It is the best sounding OM-03 I have played among a dozen or so. And did I mention it is beautiful? These photos do not begin to do it justice.
This guitar is in excellent condition with a few areas of polish marks and a few pick marks that you can see, but only in the right light. These polish and pick marks should easily buff out if you ever wanted to - they never bothered me they are so minor There is an area of blemish on the neck on the treble side of the neck where it looks like it was placed in a guitar stand repeatedly. Other than these there are no issues. The case is in great shape.
It is set up low for fingerstyle but also strums and flatpicks with no buzzing. It is structurally sound, neck is straight, the top is flat, the intonation excellent.
I am only selling to consolidate my collection to a more wife-friendly size. :whistling: I am asking $875 $850 plus $27 shipping (or make me an offer), or a bit more for shipping to the Mountain West and Pacific States. I would accept paypal with the additional 3% charge added to the purchase price. I will ship on cleared payment by a method that will get the guitar to you quickly. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Hey Big Martin,
Got your email. Right now, it's that timing crap... I'm waiting for an email regarding the sale of my McInturff. Once that sells I am going to be contacting you. I just hope everything works out. I'll keep you posted.
