This is a mint condition guitar.  $350.00
It has maple sides and back and a spruce top.  It also has a Fort EPP Case which is super!  I'm only selling it because I have too many guitars.  It has the good deep and warm dreadnaught sound.  The action is fairly low for easy fingerpicking.  It also strums nicely without buzzing.  Pictures of this guitar are at: http://s192.photobucket.com/albums/z47/cham4359/?mediafilter=images
