Title: What is a good replacement tuner for the OM's
Post by: cowinds on October 10, 2006, 12:21:42 PM
I have an OM-05 which is a fantastic guitar - sounds great and looks great.  The only porblem I have with the guitar is the tuners.  Does anyone have a suggestion for replacement tuners that will drop in?

Gotoh 510's or Gotoh 1951's are drop in replacements.

These ones from Stew Mac drop in perfectly with no mods, and are miles ahead of the stock Pings as far as smooth operation.  I have a set of the gold ones, and they look great on the larrivee headstock.
