Does anyone have any experience with this DVD lesson resource?

I have checked out some good reviews on this from another website, but was wondering if anyone here has used it before?

And what about this one?

I'm getting ready to embark on a disciplined practice regime and I'm looking for a good DVD resource for acoustic playing...fingerstyle and pick.

Knight- I bought the Fujita dvd. good dvd if you work at it.  he's a professor at berklee and easy to watch. This dvd includes scales, picking patterns. ear training and some other stuff. He also demo's some of his licks. I found it at sam ash for 25.00+tax         p.s.  there is no finger stuff here, all  flatpicking     good luck - don

Don...thanks for the input.  I'm in the process of narrowing down my options and I appreciate the feedback.
