Title: Twelve strings
Post by: dbirchett on August 04, 2006, 08:07:37 PM
Does anyone have a Koa or Blackwood 12er? How well does it handle the extra energy? I've always sided with Leo Kottke on preferring mahogany 12s but am wondering how a Koa or Blackwood would be.

A koa 12 L??  And an 09 to top it off.  WOW!  It must be something to behold.  Congrats on that one.

The very first time I asked unclrob about a blackwood, he had a D-03-12BW in stock. It sold soon after that.
