Original built in Fishman

Anyone out there that  can tell me a little something about the Fishman pickup that came with Larrivee L-09 dating back to 1990? Are they any good?

Hi there Mate, in Australia we use alot of 'Fishman' in our guitars. Trust me mate they are right up there with the bigger names. Times change, Jean had to explore other avenues, just like his guitars,with different sounding wood, models,etc etc. You should be blessed that Jean would use'Fishman' before 'LR BAGGS'. HE must have thought something good about these pickups.
