12" radius fretboard

Good Sunday afternoon forum members. I've been looking at a guitar that interests me, but a feature is one I have not had experience with. Would anyone care to tell me why I might like the new neck radius? I know JCL is always looking for ways to improve his guitars, so why this?

Some like the feel of a more rounded board. I don't. But, it's not a deal breaker. You feel it more in bending, which I don't do in acoustic. I prefer flatter, or ideally one that goes to a flatter radius on the higher frets, which makes going past the 12th fret easier for me.
