Lots of options and opinions. I won't offer one until you specify styles of music and whether the amp will only be for home use or will be used for performance and then, size of venues, etc.

for an inexpensive amp option, i recommend the traynor darkhorse.

Oh man, I would love to see what this thing would look like in a gloss finish. Looks very good in the satin, but if it were mine, I would be very, very tempted at buffing it to a gloss. In terms of amps, I will agree with checking out Traynor. Vintage ones can be had for a very good price, and modern used ones even more so. Congrats on the RS-2. I am in love with the sound of mine.
