Hi everyone, new member, new Larrivee owner and new OM-40!

I've had it for about a month now, when I first got it, the action seemed a liitle out of sorts, ok at 1st fret but high at the 12th.  I changed strings from the mediums (I'm guessing) that came with it to lights and it helps but the action is still noticeable and I can see a slight upward bend in the neck but the intonation seems ok.  Just wondering if this is normal being a brand new guitar before I take it into a luthier.  It did come from CA to Nevada (super low humidity) so that might have something to do with it.

I did have some action issues with my OO-40R and replaced the nut, saddle and strings. also I leveled the frets. But I'm picky.

                             Thanks for the donuts.

Yes guitars are setup for general sale's and should be setup for you.
