Has anyone found one? My hands are thin, so I'm having a difficult time finding one that fits and stays on.

 I have tried a bunch of them over the years.... my favorite is the John Pearse http://www.jpstrings.com/braccess.htm#VTpicks

or the National...  (which are pretty tight on me, but loosen up as time goes by)
I suggest you give the JP a try.. (FWIW)  :)
