imix with para di?

hello!
i am considering to buy a L03 (r) and if so i gotta buy also a pickup...definitely considering the imix and probably the onboard version....i'm playing at church service and it'd b very handy to have onboard controls...since i already got the active element within the imix, do you think it'd be overkill to have the para di in addition? i would have eq controls and an active element anyway....or would it add much to the sound? tell me what you think
